Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using SageForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SageForge generates AI-created study content, including readings, quizzes, diagrams, and mini-games. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. It is provided for educational purposes only and is not professional, academic, financial, medical, or legal advice. Always verify important information against authoritative sources.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

SageForge is available by paid subscription only. Access to the service — including reading content in the library and generating new plans and units — requires an active subscription. Content generation allowances are provided per subscription period and are subject to fair-use limits that protect service capacity and prevent abuse.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial that starts automatically at signup. During the trial you may read the entire library, but generation is limited to 1 subject and 3 units in total. The trial requires no payment method and does not automatically convert into a paid plan — a subscription begins only when you actively complete checkout. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using SageForge.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. The subscription is USD $40 per month, billed monthly in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through “Manage billing” on your profile page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access continues until then.

All SageForge subscriptions are non-refundable. Because AI-generated study content is created and delivered immediately upon your request, refunds are not provided for partial months or for used generation allowances, except where required by applicable law. By subscribing, you acknowledge that content generation begins immediately and waive any statutory cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law.

You may not attempt to generate prohibited, unlawful, or harmful content, nor circumvent or abuse generation limits, rate limits, or safety checks. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Third-party exam, certification, and designation names are the trademarks of their respective owners. SageForge is an independent study tool, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certifying body, and references such names only descriptively to identify the subject matter of study content.

SageForge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any reliance on generated content.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SageForge after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
