Privacy Policy

We collect your account email and display name; the learning preferences you set in your profile; and your study activity, such as plans started, quiz scores, and game results. We also store your subscription status and any Stripe customer or subscription identifiers needed to manage billing.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data under its own privacy policy.

We use this information to run SageForge: to authenticate you, generate and display your study content, track your progress, enforce fair-use limits, and manage your subscription. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Subjects you enter are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate study content. Generated study content is stored in a shared library and is not linked publicly to your identity.

We rely on service providers for infrastructure and database hosting (Lovable Cloud), payment processing (Stripe), and AI model access (via OpenRouter). Each provider processes data only to provide its service and under its own terms and privacy policies.

We keep account data while your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us at the email below.

We protect your data with industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
